WA JOBS AND SKILLS FEE FREE PROGRAM INFORMATION PAGE 
The WA Department of Training and Workplace Development (DTWD) sets the course fee, payable by students. DTWD has completely subsidised the course fee cost paid by students, under the Government’s Jobs and Skills WA program. You can learn more about this program on the Jobs and Skills WA website.



Jobs and Skills WA funded courses offered with Equinim College  
Equinim College currently offers the ICT50220 Diploma of Information Technology funded under the Priority Industry Training Fee Free program and Participation – Work Readiness program.
Priority Industry Training Program: meeting the Existing Worker target group
To be considered an existing worker, you must be working at least 20 hours per week at the time of enrolment. You do not need to work in an industry specific to your elected qualification to qualify as an existing worker.  

Participation – Work Readiness Program: meeting the JobSeeker requirements
To be considered a JobSeeker for the Participation-Work Readiness program, you must be unemployed or working less than 20 hours per week for one or multiple employers at the time of enrolment.

FeeFree Courses
Certain qualifications delivered under theJobs and Skills Priority Industry Training and Participation – Work Readiness program are fee free, asset by DTWD. Course fees for enrolments in the ICT50220 Diploma of InformationTechnology are wholly subsidised by the WA Government in the 2025 calendar year.

Resource  fee
There is no resource fee applicable to your training with our College as a WA Government Subsidised Student.

Additional entry requirements
All students eligible to receive funding from the WA government for the Diploma of Remedial Massage under the Priority Industry Training Fee Free Program or Participation– Work Readiness Program must also meet the entry requirements outlined in the Student Entry Policy and Procedure, available for download on the policies page of our website. National Recognition and Recognition of Prior Learning
We welcome all students to apply for National Recognition or Recognition of Prior Learning where applicable. Withdrawal  
We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to cancel your enrolment with Equinim College, you may do so in accordance with the Student Withdrawal Policy and Procedure – WA Subsidised Enrolments.

To terminate your studies before the completion of your course, you must notify Equinim College in writing of your intention to terminate your course (using the Cancellation Request form available below. On submission of the Cancellation Request form, Equinim College will be automatically notified at team@equinimcollege.com.

Ifthis is applicable for any reason to you, written advice of withdrawal is necessary. You may or may not be eligible for a refund of any course fees paid, depending on whether you meet the refund eligibility criteria set out in the VET Fees and Charges Policy.
